The whole house is especially suitable for families or friends parties (max 10 people).
2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms on the first floor, 4 rooms/living areas with comfortable double sofa beds that can be used as bedrooms since they’re not passage rooms to enter bathrooms, all with shower.
The villa is endowed with all comforts: heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, wide fully equipped kitchen, 5 burners gas stove, microwave, fridge, dish washer, dining room.
On the lower floor a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, iron board and a toilet are available.
- Bed linen and swimming pool towels are included.
- Extra linen and towels are at an additional cost.
From the 14th June, July, August till the 7th September 2024 is required a minimum stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
In other periods the minimum stay is of 3 nights.
